					<description>I agree -- I originally thought claimed MLE was a great coup for the country, as tech journos like Karlin Lillington told us it was. But nothing much seemed to come of it and I began to suspect that the organisation was something of an Emporer, with Dublin as its New Clothes. But I like your Swiftian analogy better :)
