Just looking at the latest stats for Irish hosters, about 400 or so are in the 7 domains or less hosted tier. Many of these would be freelancers who develop websites that are hosted on the bigger Irish web hosters. The online membership form on the IIA site doesn't have the €95 option yet. The rate of 95 EUROS per year is less than many other professional organisations.
