					<description>At a wild guess, it may be an interlocutary injunction (pending the full hearing of the case) if Belgian law is anything like Irish and UK law. But the case is proceeding and hopefully EURid will win. I don't think that it is possible for EURid to comment due to the legal proceedings.</description>
